How do you quick load dominoes?
It comes with 2 cartridges. I fill both before they play with it. As the first one finishes I fill it while second one it unloading. There's really no quick way to do it. The cartridge comes apart so it can be refilled. Doesn't take long

How do you assemble and load the domino holder?
There is no real assembly. The cartridge is loaded one domino at a time. I saw a video where the dominos were placed side by side and the cartridge placed over the line of dominos. It did not seem any easier to line them all up to do this so we just put them in the cartridge as one is emptied, we fill it while the grandchildren are having fun with the full cartridge. There are directions with the train too. My 3 year old and 6 year old grandsons fill the cartridges themselves.
